This classic chicken salad gets a flavor boost from Col. Pabst Worcestershire Sauce...delish!
3 C. Shredded Chicken, Cooked (Use a store-bought rotisserie chicken as a shortcut)
1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
1 Tbsp. Sherry Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Col. Pabst Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Kosher Salt (To Taste)
Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl. Whisk together garlic powder, lemon juice, sherry wine vinegar, mustard, Col. Pabst Worcesershire sauce, Kosher Salt, and Pepper in the blender and blend until well combined. Gradually add olive oil, and process until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Pour dressing mixture over chicken and toss evenly to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, spread mayonnaise on sandwich bread. Serve with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
