Ingredients
6 C. Corn Chex Cereal
2 C. Fritos Corn Chips
2 C. Bite-Sized Goldfish Cheese Crackers
1 C. Original Corn Nuts

2 tsp. Oregano, Mexican
8 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

4 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning Blend

4 tsp. Adobo Seasoning

4 tsp. Tomato Powder

2 tsp. Chipotle Brown Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 300° F.
In a large bowl mix together the Chex, Fritos, Goldfish, and Corn Nuts. Crush the oregano between your hands over the cereal mix.
Next melt the butter with the olive oil, and then add the Taco Seasoning, Adobo Seasoning, Tomato Powder, and Chile Powder. Stir to combine and then pour over the cereal mix. Toss to coat the cereal mix as evenly as possible.
Spread the mix on a jelly roll pan, or pans if necessary. Spread as evenly as possible. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes stirring at 7 minutes. Spices will darken with baking.
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve or store in an airtight container for 1 week.
