Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Large Egg
-
3 Tbsp. Ketchup Please Organic Ketchup
-
2 Tbsp. Prime Rib Rub
-
1 Tbsp. Col. Pabst Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard
3 Tbsp. Sweet Relish
2 C. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Optional Add-Ins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well to ensure the ingredients combine well with the ground beef. Pro tip: Your (clean) hands are the best mixing tool!
Use a spoon to scoop up around 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the mixture and shape by hand into balls. Each should be roughly the size of a golf ball.
Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least an inch between each meatball. Bake for 10-15 minutes (if you add things to the recipe, additional baking time may be required).
Serve with toothpicks and an assortment of your favorite condiments and burger toppings.
