The blend streamlines the process of creating a curry paste. Simply combine a tablespoon of the blend, a tablespoon of water, and a tablespoon of olive oil and stir well.
We recommend using either as a dry spice blend to season your favorite Thai dish, or by creating the paste and combining it with coconut milk, fish sauce, veggies and meat for a tasty Thai curry dish.
