Baharat Spice Blend: Used in recipes from the Persian Gulf area. This blend of black pepper, coriander, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, cloves, and cinnamon adds a warm, aromatic and sweet flavor to soups, tomato sauces, lentils, rice and couscous.
French Seafood Seasoning: Used in French cuisine. This blend of onion, coriander, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, garlic, paprika, pepper and other secret spices will be unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. This tasty blend for white fish is a particularly good choice for people on salt-free diets.
Island Jerk Blend: Used in Caribbean cooking. Our spicy-hot and sweet Island Jerk Blend brings the robust flavors of hot chile pepper, allspice, and other traditional Jamaican spices and sugar together to make the perfect base for your next marinade or dry rub.

Paella Seasoning: Used in traditional Spanish cuisine. All you need is 3 tsp of this delicious seasoning to one cup of rice to add all the wonderful flavors of this traditional Spanish dish. This rice dish can be filled with seafood meats, or veggies, depending on its regional origin.
Za’atar Blend: Used in Middle Eastern cooking. Za'atar is a traditional spice blend which starts with a family of related herbs: oregano, thyme, and savory, then adds sesame seeds and salt. Some chefs include dried sumac, marjoram, and/or hyssop in their Za'atar. - it is as variable as the ubiquitous "Italian Seasoning," "Chinese Five Spice," and "Tandoori Masala." Great as a rub on meats, as a seasoning for roasted veggies, and as a flavorful addition to hummus and other dips.
