INGREDIENTS
2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp Ground Ginger *
1 tsp Cinnamon*
1/4 tsp Nutmeg*
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves*
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt

10 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup molasses
1 Cup white chocolate chips

STEPS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 pan with foil and then spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the eggs one at a time beating just enough to combine after each addition.
Mix in the vanilla and molasses. Add in the flour and spice mixture and gradually combine. Stir in the white chocolate chips by hand.
Press the dough into prepared pan and bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean, about 20-25 minutes.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.

*** Try substituting 2 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger for some extra fall flavor!
