INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Baharat
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup bulgur
1 Cup finely-chopped fresh parsley
1 Cup finely-chopped fresh mint
1/2 Cup finely-chopped garlic chives
1 medium tomato, diced

STEPS

Prepare the bulgur according to package directions (which usually consists of soaking the grains in a certain amount of hot water). Combine the olive oil, lemon juice and baharat to make a light dressing for the prepared bulgur. Add a little salt and pepper. Dress the bulgur with the dressing, and add the fresh parsley, mint, and chives. Toss to combine. Top with tomato.

Serve immediately, or chill and serve later. Is pretty served on a bed of greens, but is also delicious on its own, or in a pita as a sandwich.
