INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup mild salsa
1/4 tsp Ancho Chile Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
1 pinch Crushed Chipotle Chile
3 Tbsp green onions
2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 Cup monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 Cup medium cheddar, grated

STEPS

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Top with the parsley, Monterey jack and cheddar, then sprinkle with chili powder and bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or until top cheeses are melted.

Serve hot with nacho chips.
