We used to offer this great blend to you all “jarred up,” but have decided to swap it out for some new things for you to try. If Spice Parisienne was a household favorite – or if you’d like to try something new – never fear, here’s how to make it!

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ground Mace
2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
3 bay leaves
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Grated Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Ground Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves

STEPS
Grind salt and bay leaves together into a coarse mixture.
In a separate bowl, blend the other ingredients together thoroughly.
Place in sealable jars or storage containers!

    Thank you! Having always loved this blend, “Spice Parisienne”, I tried to get the recipe from the company a few years ago, but was told by an (obviously uninformed) employee that it wasn’t available anywhere. I’m therefore delighted to find it here & look forward to mixing it up ASAP!
