This recipe mixes up very quickly in a food processor or with an electric mixer, but is perfectly easy to make in a bowl with a fork, wooden spoon, or pastry blender.


4 oz Chèvre
1 Tbsp Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Mediterranean Oregano
1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic


Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.

Spread mixture onto crackers or toasted bread, and top with sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil, if desired.
