Super Easy and delicious!
2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag mini marshmallows, or 10 large-sized marshmallows
Your favorite flavored salt or sweet sprinkles:
Espresso Brava Salt
Silver Sanding Sugar
Himalayan Pink Salt
Hickory Smoked Salt
Lime Fresco Salt
Melt Chocolate over a double boiler, or in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir melting chocolate until lump-free.
Use a dipping tool (can be found at Williams-Sonoma or Kitchen Collagte), a chopstick or long-handled, two-pronged tool, to dip the marshmallows in the melted chocolate. Allow chocolate to fully coat the marshmallow, then make sure any excess chocolate drips off back into the chocolate pan.
Transfer dipped marshmallow to a platter or baking sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper, and sprinkle liberally with the toppings of choice. Allow to set at least 5 minutes before serving.
