2 cups ketchup
½ cup minced onion
1 quart water
5 oz Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs Smoked Sweet Paprika
1 Tbs honey
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ Cup Chili Powder
¼ cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well with a whisk to combine.
Bring liquid to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer until sauce consistency is reached, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
Place on top of your meat of choice and enjoy!
*Also try combining all in a slow cooker with your chicken, beef or pork roast for a one pot meal.
