INGREDIENTS
1 red grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit
2 Clementines or Mandarin Oranges
1 ripe mango
2 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp raisins
2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts (optional)
1 tsp Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil
1 Tbsp Maple Sugar Powder

STEPS
Use a knife to peel the grapefruit, cutting below the white pith and peel. Cut closely along the division of each grapefruit segment to make wedges that are entirely free of the bitter pith.

Peel and segment the oranges. Peel and cut the mango into bite-size cubes. Peel and slice the bananas. Put all the fruit in a large salad bowl. Toss fruit with raisins, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Maple Sugar Powder, and chopped walnuts (if using).

Serve salad on its own or with a dollop of yogurt.
