This recipe took first place in the Pork Division in our 2014 Iowa State Fair Rub contest!

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Chervil
2 Tbsp Smoked Black Pepper
2 tsp Lemon pepper
1-1/2 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 Tbsp Thyme, Ground
1 Tbsp Smoked Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Chipotle Chile Brown Powder
1 Tbsp turbinado sugar

STEPS
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

Rub pork chops lightly with olive oil or vegetable oil, then apply rub liberally to all surfaces of the meat.

Grill chops over direct heat until well browned.  Move to indirect heat and continue to grill until chops reach 145.
