INGREDIENTS

2 cups cherry tomatoes
8 oz buffalo mozzarella, cubed into 1/3″ cubes
1/8 cup Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper
1/8 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

STEPS

Roll mozzarella cubes in dried basil.
Assemble all ingredients on toothpick or skewer, alternating.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

    Do you carry Hawaiian macadamia nut oil?

      Lorna: No, unfortunately we do not. I have, however, seen it from time to time at health food stores such as Campbells (if you’re here in Des Moines).
