This recipe took First Place at our dressing competition at this year’s Iowa State Fair!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Fig Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp water
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

STEPS

In a dressing cruet, add the ingredients, in the order listed, and shake to combine. Shake the dressing for about 1-2 minutes to be sure the oil/vinegar/spices fully combine.

You can use a food processor if you desire, but this is a great way to get moving/exercise.
