2 Cups ketchup
½ Cup minced onion
4 Cups water
5 oz Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Smoked Sweet Paprika
1 Tbsp honey
¼ Cup brown sugar
¼ Cup Chile Powder
¼ Cup lemon juice
¼ Cup Worcestershire sauce


Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well with a whisk to combine.

Bring liquid to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Simmer until desired sauce consistency is reached, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Pour on top of your meat of choice and enjoy!

*Also try whisking together these ingredients and pouring into a slow cooker with your chicken, beef or pork roast for a one pot meal.
