2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Garlic Pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika

STEPS

Slice potatoes into thin slices. Soak slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry completely, using a cotton towel or paper towel. Use a pastry brush to lightly oil potatoes slices with olive oil on both sides.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly arrange potato slices on a baking pan, without slices touching or overlapping one other.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Rotate potato slices and bake for additional 6-8 minutes or until crispy.

While potatoes are in the oven, mix together your spices. As soon as you remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle the chips with spice mixture.

You may need to repeat the process and make several batches, depending on how big your lined baking pan is.
