INGREDIENTS

1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, such as Picholine Olive Oil or Picual Olive Oil
3 Tbs or more Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbs sour cream, yogurt, or mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbs minced shallots
Salt & Pepper, to taste

STEPS

Top off your greens with a delicious twist on the traditional vinaigrette.

1.  Combine all ingredients except shallots in a blender or food processor, and mix until a creamy emulsion forms (approximately 30 seconds).

2.  Add vinegar and mix thoroughly.  Add shallots, salt and pepper to taste.
