Sift the powdered sugar, Cocoa Powder, Cayenne Pepper, and ground Allspice together in a medium bowl.
Meanwhile, pour the unseasoned, popped popcorn in a big, shallow bowl. Spray with a good 10-second spritz of olive oil. Toss well to coat.
Sprinkle the cocoa-spice mixture over the surface of the lightly-oiled popcorn. Toss again so that popcorn is evenly seasoned.
