INGREDIENTS
1 box Macaroni and Cheese
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
1/4 Cup milk
1/2 Tbsp Five Onion Dip Seasoning

Choose one:
1/2 Cup diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
1/2 Cup flaked canned tuna
1/2 Cup diced deli ham
1/2 Cup diced seitan

Choose up to 3:
1/4 Cup broccoli florets, frozen
1/4 Cup sweet corn kernels, frozen
1/4 Cup shelled edamame, frozen
1/4 Cup chopped spinach, frozen
1/4 Cup chopped kale, frozen
1/4 Cup cauliflower florets, frozen
1/4 Cup diced bell pepper, fresh or frozen

Optional Additions:
1/4 Cup cream cheese
1/4 Cup shredded cheese
1/4 Cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 Cup Salsa
1 tsp Roasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp chili-infused olive oil

STEPS:
Bring 6 cups water, in a medium saucepan, to a boil over high heat. Add macaroni and vegetable choices to the boiling water and return pot to a boil. Stirring occasionally to keep the noodles from clumping together, boil pasta and veggies for 8 minutes, or until pasta is tender (al dente). Remove pasta pot from stove and drain off all water. (Or drain noodle mixture, using a colander, and return noodles and veggies to the pot).

Add butter or margarine and milk to the drained-but-still-warm cooking pot. Add your protein choice to the pan, and simmer until all ingredients are completely warm. Add contents of the cheese packet, the Five Onion Dip Seasoning, and any additional options you’d like. Stir until seasonings are well incorporated into the mixture and serve.
