INGREDIENTS

1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tsp Chile-Lime Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp salt
1 jalapeño, chopped; (carefully!) remove seeds before chopping for less heat
2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 small can of pineapple crushed, drained as best possible.

STEPS
Combine Greek yogurt, Chile-Lime seasoning, salt, and chopped jalapeño in a small bowl, and mix until ingredients are well combined. Add the fresh lime juice into dip mixture, and stir until smooth. Add the pineapple and then stir well.

Serve as a dip with your favorite veggies or tortilla chips or as a sour cream alternative for your next batch of fish tacos.
