INGREDIENTS

1 – 9 oz bag Soup and Oyster Crackers
2 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Cajun Blackening Blend

STEPS

Preheat oven to 275°F.  In a large bowl, lightly toss the oyster crackers in the olive oil.  Sprinkle the Cajun Blackening Blend over the crackers and toss again so that each cracker is evenly coated.

Bake seasoned crackers on an unlined, rimmed baking sheet for about 15 minutes, or until crackers have just started to lightly brown.

Allow crackers to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a resealable container. MAKE AHEAD: Crackers can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.

If you are looking for a little extra kick to your crackers, try switching out the Butter Olive Oil for our Cayenne Infused or other spicy Olive Oil.
