INGREDIENTS

3 Cups chopped fresh tomatoes
2 Tbsp minced fresh hot chile pepper, red or green
½ Cup chopped scallions
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ Cup Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar

STEPS

Toss the tomatoes, chili, scallions, salt, sugar, and vinegar together and let stand for at least 20 minutes before serving.

This is a quick and easy recipe to turn to in a pinch, but it won’t taste quick and easy!
