Our Spicy Ahmar Pepper Olive Oil is crushed in Tunisia with a combination of fresh red and sun-dried red peppers and is based on a local recipe from Cap du Bon. It’s a uniquely flavored oil – spicy, floral, and a bit sweet. The oil has a sundried tomato aroma and a surprisingly hot mouthfeel with a touch of smokiness from the sun-dried peppers.
