Our red wine vinegar powder is made from wine stock that has been fermented into vinegar. Vinegar powder brings tartness to your homemade seasonings, rubs, marinades, barbecue sauces, salad dressings, and dry/spice mixes.
Try red wine vinegar powder in any recipe where you want the flavor of red wine vinegar - sweet with a faint tangy bite -- but do not wish to add actual vinegar to your recipe.
