Dehydrated chopped onion is slightly coarser than our granulated onion in size. Use chopped onion in any recipe that calls for just a touch of onion: soups, dip, omelets, dressings, hamburgers, casseroles, etc. Rehydrate for 15 minutes in hot water and drain before adding to recipes to retain the taste and texture of freshly chopped onion.
