Pasta Marella is entirely family run, a few kilometers away from Bari, Italy. They produce traditional Apulian hand-made and bronze die extruded pastas using only local durum wheat semolina and other ingredients, and dried at low temperatures. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and texture superior to other small produced pastas.
These long noodles (appropriately named ‘Mother-in-Law’s Tongue’ in English) are hand cut with a fluted pasta cutter and the dough is infused with spices and vegetable purees, giving them a wonderfully vibrant appearance that won’t fade after cooking.
Ingredients: organic duram wheat, water, beetroot, paprika, turmeric, and spinach. Contains: Gluten. May contain traces of eggs and shellfish.
