Our Maple Extract is...well, "Mapley" according to AllSpicer Michael.
It's wonderful in just about every baked good including cookies, cakes, fillings, and frostings. We also love to use it to make maple ice cream. Try substituting a bit of Maple Extract for Vanilla Extract in recipes. Add a bit to your pancake or waffle batter for an extra kick of maple flavor. It's also great for savory applications like baked beans and glazes for pork dishes - especially ham!
