What do xanthan gum, maltodextrin, and guar gum have in common? They’re some of the ingredients you’ll find in grocery store packets of Italian Dressing Seasoning. Yuck.
Avoid the icky stuff and pick up a jar (or refill bag) of our Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning! Combine two tablespoons of the blend with 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/3 cup canola oil, and 1/3 cup vinegar in a jar, shake vigorously, and voila – you’ve got Italian dressing that’s great on salads or as a marinade.
Use the seasoning as a dry rub for chicken, pork, beef, veggies, and fish. It also makes a great bread dipper when combined with a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and topped with parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, garlic, oregano, onion, red bell peppers, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, citric acid, and lemon oil.
