Bucatini is an Italian pasta with a distinct, unique shape – a long, thin, tubular strand resembling spaghetti but with a small hole running through the center like a straw. The name “bucatini” comes from the Italian word buco, which means “hole.”
Bucatini pairs well with thinner sauces that can flow into its hollow center like Amatriciana, Cacio e pepe, garlic and olive oil. It’s also nice with meaty ragus which cling nicely to bucatini’s texture.
Contains: Durum wheat semolina and water. May contain traces of eggs, fish mollusks, soy, and mustard. Contains wheat.
