Our Chile-Lime Seasoning is reminiscent of the blend of chiles, citrus, and salt used by Mexican street vendors to season fresh fruit. A mild blend of three chiles offers depth of flavor and a touch of smokiness which is balanced by sweet and tart notes from the lime juice along with a punch of saltiness.
Use the blend to rim a cocktail glass, season fresh fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple, and watermelon are good options), or to season meat before heading out to the grill. It’s also great on summer veggies. Try making a dip for corn chips, fresh vegetables, or fruit by combining with mayonnaise and yogurt.
