Ingredients
4 C. Mixed Nuts
4 Tbsp (1/2 Stick) Unsalted Butter

1 tsp. Cumin, Ground

1 tsp. Chili Powder, Medium

1/2 - 1 tsp. Cayenne Chile, Powder (To Taste)

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, Koritnje Ground
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Directions
Spread the nuts out on a large baking sheet or roasting pan. Bake at 400°F until nuts are lightly toasted, about 8-10 minutes.
While the nuts are toasting, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the spices and brown sugar, then stir until well combined.
Transfer nuts to a serving bowl and pour in the butter and spice mixture. Gently toss to coat the nuts evenly with the mixture. Spread the nuts back out on the baking sheet or roasting pan to cool.
Serve slightly warm or at room temperature. Place in a decorative bowl or jar and give them as a gift!
