3 Tbsp. Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
1 lb. Ground Turkey
3 Cloves Garlic (Peeled and Minced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Peeled and Minced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded and Chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Seeded and Chopped)

1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin

2 tsp. Chili Powder, Medium

1 tsp. Fine Sea Salt

3 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
1 15 oz. Can Corn Kernels
1 15 oz. Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
¼ C. Tomato Paste
2 C. Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Avocado
Red Onions
Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Scallions

Directions
In a skillet, brown the ground turkey in the Chipotle Infused Olive Oil. Add the garlic, onion, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, and salt and sauté until tender and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Transition turkey mixture to slow cooker. Add Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth, stirring to combine.
Cook for two hours in the slow cooker on medium heat.
Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
Recipe Note
For a spicier chili, substitute our Hot Chili Powder for the Medium Chili Powder called for in the recipe.
