This seasoning mix makes a great base for a ranch dip or dressing.
2 ½ Tbsp. Parsley Leaf
2 ½ tsp. Garlic, Powder
2 ½ tsp. Onion, Powdered
3 tsp. Onion, Minced
2 tsp. Dill Weed Leaf
2 tsp. Chives
1 ½ tsp. Black Pepper, Fine Ground
1 ½ tsp. Kosher Salt
½ C. Powdered Milk or Powdered Buttermilk
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months (we keep ours in the refrigerator).
To make a salad dressing, mix 1 ½ Tbsp. of the seasoning with ½ C. milk and ½ C. mayonnaise and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least a half hour before serving.
To make a dip, mix 1 ½ Tbsp. of the seasoning with 2/3 C. sour cream and ¼ c. mayonnaise and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
