This dip took the blue ribbon as the overall winner of our party dip contest at the 2015 Iowa State Fair!

2 Mangos, Peeled and Chopped

3 Green Onions, Chopped

1/4 C. Honey

2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Lime Juice

2 tsp. Red Pepper Chile, Crushed

1/2 tsp. Cumin, Ground

3 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth. We recommend reserving some of the mango to add back in at the end for a chunkier, salsa-like consistency.
Serve with tortilla chips!
