Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream herbed poultry seasoning blend, parsley, scallion, lemon juice, mustard, and lemon zest in a medium bowl.
Carefully fold in chopped eggs.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve as sandwiches with your favorite bread.
