Garlic & Curry Hummus

2 19 oz. Cans Garbanzo Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
½ C. Tahini
½ C. Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic

¼ tsp. Cayenne Chile, Powder

1 tsp. Curry Powder, Mild

1 ½ tsp. Kosher Salt

1 tsp. Cumin, Ground
¼ C. Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp. Water
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse/puree until the mixture is smooth. For a thinner hummus, add a bit more olive oil. Adjust the seasonings to taste.

Try substituting our Eureka Lemon Fused Olive Oil or Garlic Infused Olive Oil for the unflavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil in this recipe.
