Ingredients
1 C. Orange Juice
-
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Island
-
1/4 C. Bell Farm Honey
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
-
Pinch of Cinnamon, Saigon Ground
1/2 C. Greek Yogurt (Plain)
Fresh Berries (We Love Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Raspberries)
Directions
Combine the orange juice, vanilla extract, honey, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. Whisk until there are no longer clumps of cornstarch.
Place saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer until the mixture begins to thicken, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Allow the dressing mixture to cool completely. Stir occasionally as the mixture cools. Once cool, stir in the Greek yogurt and chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to assemble the salad.
Drizzle the dressing over your berries and gently stir to mix the dressing evenly throughout the salad. Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Avoid using this dressing with kiwi, papaya, and pineapple as they react with dairy and will result in a bad tasting salad.
You can use Runamok Maple Syrup in place of the honey in this recipe. We prefer the Cinnamon Vanilla flavor.
