Chili Snack Mix

Ingredients
1 16 oz. Package - Frito Corn Chips
1 11.5 oz. Can - Mixed Nuts
1 11 oz. Package - Pretzel Sticks
1 7.2 oz. Package - Cheddar Cheese Fish Crackers
1 C. Butter (2 Sticks)
1/2 C. Brown Sugar, Packed

1 Tbsp. Garlic, Powder

1 Tbsp. Chili Powder, Medium
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine chips, nuts, pretzels, and crackers. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, bring butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, and chili powder to a boil. Remove butter mixture from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour over the set-aside snack mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer spiced snack mixture to 2 greased (jelly roll type) baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 min, or until lightly toasted.
Allow snack mix to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Recipe Note
For a spicier Chili Snack Mix, substitute Chili Powder, Hot for the Chili Powder, Medium called for in the recipe.
