Ingredients
1 tsp. Chervil

2 tsp. Smoked Black Pepper, Ground

1 tsp. Smoked Sea Salt, Coarse

1 tsp. Onion, Granulated

1 tsp. Garlic, Granulated

2 tsp. Aleppo Chile, Crushed
-
1/2 tsp. Rosemary, Powder
-
1/2 tsp. Ginger, Powder
1 tsp. Annatto, Powder
-
1 tsp. Paprika, Smoked Hot
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Combine all spices in small bowl.
Rub chicken with vegetable or olive oil, then liberally apply spice rub.
Grill over indirect heat until interior of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
