Ingredients
1 C. Heavy Cream
2 C. Half and Half

1 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 C. Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Granulated Sugar

1 1/2 tsp. Cardamom, Green Ground

1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, Sri Lankan True Ground

1 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract, Tahitian
2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Pinch of Sea Salt, Fine
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large a mixing bowl.
Pour ice cream batter into “can” or freezing cylinder of your ice cream freezer and process according to instructions.
When ice cream has finished processing (“soft serve” consistency), pack it into freezer-safe containers, and store in freezer to harden and for flavors to ripen.
