Fresh lime juice and zest get blended with sweetened condensed milk and our Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar, then mixed with ice cold water for a smooth, creamy, refreshing drink that's unlike anything else. Serve over ice with a lime slice and prepare to make a second batch, because you're going to love it!
Zest limes and then squeeze the juice to produce ½ C. of lime juice. Set aside.
In a blender, add the lime juice, zest, condensed milk, and white balsamic vinegar. Blend until thoroughly mixed together. Add the water and blend again to emulsify fully.
Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with lime slices.
