Ingredients
10 C. Old Dutch Puffcorn
2 C. Pretzels

3 tsp. Cinnamon, Saigon Ground

1 tsp. Ginger, Powder
1 C. Butter
2/3 C. Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 C. Apple Chips
4 C. Apple Cinnamon Chex
1 1/2 C. Pecan Halves

1 tsp. Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/4 C. Dark Brown Sugar
50 ml. Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple Whisky
1/2 C. White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line two large baking sheets with foil.
Combine puffcorn, Chex cereal, pretzels, and pecans in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Stir in whisky until combined, then add baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Pour the mixture over the puffcorn cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated. Spread combined mixture evenly on the two lined baking sheets. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring ever 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread onto wax paper to cool. Once cool, top snack mix with apple chips.
Add white chocolate chips to a microwavable bowl and heat at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Drizzle the white chocolate mixture over the snack mix and let cool before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
