2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

2 tsp. Berbere Spice Blend

1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce

2 C. Corn Chex Cereal

1 C. Rice Chex Cereal

1 C. Corn Nuts

1 C. Roasted Green Peas

1 C. Roasted Peanuts

1 C. Mini Pretzle Twists

1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
Directions
Put unsalted butter in a 13x9" glass baking dish and microwave until butter has melted.
Whisk in Berbere Spice Blend, soy sauce, and Sriracha hot sauce.
Add cereals, corn nuts, peas, peanuts, and pretzels. Toss gently to coat.
Microwave, uncovered, for 5-6 min, pausing to stir every 2 minutes.
Remove snack mix from microwave oven, and drizzle with honey. Toss to thoroughly coat party mix.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
