8 Roma Tomatoes (Diced)
⅓ C. Fresh Basil (Chopped)
½ C. Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
2 Cloves Garlic (Peeled and Minced)

1 Tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp. Petso Infused Olive Oil

¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

¼ tsp. Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1 Loaf French Bread (Sliced and Toasted)
Directions
In a bowl, toss together tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Spoon onto slices of toasted bread and serve.
Recipe Note
Make the mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving to enhance the flavor.
For a variation, try different flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils.
