Spotlight Spice: Quebec Poultry Seasoning
Our Quebec Poultry Seasoning is a perfect mix of basic spices including onion, garlic, and salt, blended with orange for a punch of citrus and cayenne pepper for a kick of zesty heat. It’s a nicely balanced blend and it’s sugar free!
We like to use this blend on chicken, of course, but it’s also great on turkey, pork and fish. Use it as a dry rub or combine it with a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and brush it over your meat before cooking. It’s an all-season pantry staple because it’s great whether you’re using the barbecue, an oven, the stovetop, or even your slow cooker.
