Originating from the northeastern part of India, particularly Assam [a name tea-drinkers will recognize] near Bangladesh, the Ghost Chile is also called Bhut Jolokia. And this chile, the third hottest in the world, isn't for the faint of heart!

Our Ghost Pepper Salt is a great way to experience the chile in an easy-to-use format. It's great as a finishing salt - try it on top of chocolaty treats, corn on the cob, and other dishes that need a fiery kick. 

The fine-grain salt is also great mixed into snack mixes, homemade rubs and blends, and in dishes like chili and fajitas.
