Spotlight Spice: Chile-Coffee Rub
Our Chile-Coffee Rub – a unique blend of salt, ground chiles, brown sugar, espresso beans, paprika, mustard, and other spices – might sound like a curious concoction…but trust us, it’s amazing!
The ground chiles provide a light heat which nicely balances the dark coffee flavor. We describe the blend as southwestern tasting with a twist!
Chile-Coffee Rub works well as a rub for steaks and fillets, pork chops and roasts, and poultry. It's also great beyond the grill. Try adding a bit to your tacos, carnitas, fajitas, enchiladas, chilis and other meaty dishes.
