The Meat & Cheese Plate: Cooking With Alessandra (and The Cheese Shop)

The Meat and Cheese Plate:
Learn about what makes a great meat & cheese plate.

CJ Bienert of The Cheese Shop will show-and-tell (and you will taste) about 3-4 cheeses, 2 meats, and (best of all, we think) perfect spice pairings for each.

CJ will also show you how to make ricotta at home, while Alessandra will demonstrate how to turn that ricotta into the best cannoli filling!

Finally, the folks from AllSpice will demonstrate how to create accompanying dishes like marinated olives, pickled vegetables, herbed crackers, and so forth – everything you need to know to create a winning menu for any party!
